(X + 5) × 2 = 2X + 10
2X + 10 - 10 = 2X
2X / 2 = X

The final answer is always their original number!
This is called a "forced equation" - no matter what they start with, the math delivers your predicted result.
Ask for a "random" number between 1-50 where both digits are odd and different.
Most pick: 37, 35, or 39
